Mark and Jennifer Phillips

Mark and Jennifer Phillips are the owners of Elizabeth Real Estate Co., LLC. Mark is the employing broker of the company and runs the day to day operations within the firm. Jennifer has an extensive background in property management and is responsible for accounting, marketing and advertising.

Mark was a top producer at Century 21 for several years before he and Jennifer decided it was time to open their own brokerage. Mark’s hard work, attention to detail, constant communication with clients, accessibility, market knowledge and can-do attitude has put him in the top class of producing agents over the last several years.

In 2005, Mark produced 3.2 million in sales. In 2006, he produced 6.7 million in sales and in 2007, Mark reached 14.9 million in sales. Mark was a multi-million dollar producer in 2008 and 2009.

Mark and Jennifer are blessed with two sons, Cole and Zachary. In their spare time, Mark enjoys reading, playing his with sons, fishing with his boys, camping, skiing and attending Rockies games, while Jennifer enjoys skiing, working out and dancing.

Many of Mark and Jennifer’s clients have become friends over the years, which is a testimony to their likeable personalities and sincere desire to assist their clients!

Mark is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors and the Douglas/Elbert Board of Realtors. Mark has a B.S. in Business Management, while Jennifer has a B.S. in Political Science.
