I feel I need a large company to best advertise and market my home.” Before the internet, this might have been a valid point, however; now with the explosion of the net, the mls and IDX (Internet Data Exchange…a national reciprocity agreement between real estate brokerages), this is no longer an issue. Our listings are on sites such as www.realtor.com, www.recolorado.com, www.cohomefinder.com as well as many other public sites. In fact, our listings can be seen on over 3,600 real estate sites, including large franchise websites. Their listings can be seen on ours and vice versa. With the internet, mls and IDX, exposure is just not an issue. Brokers from other companies are just as happy to show our listings because they know that if they sell our listing, they will get paid.

In addition, as a locally owned and operated company, Elizabeth Real Estate Co. has less fees than the larger franchised real estate companies. In fact, we pride ourselves in being flexible with our clients when it comes to commission rates. Often times, we will take a lower commission to help our clients. We understand that in these tough economic times, every dollar counts. We do not charge additional or “junk” fees to our clients like many other companies do. Also, we do not have the financial burden of a large staff to pay, which most other brokerages do.
